We were originally approached by Bruce to just add a cam and port the heads on his 09 SRT 8 Hemi Challenger that had already been fitted with twin STS rear mounted turbos.When we were finished we had built him a 420 cu in Hemi stroker engine that is capable of making far more HP than the tiny STS turbos can supply. In the video below it made over 500 RWHP on it’s first real pull on a meager 5 lbs. of boost. The plan is to turn it up to closer to 18 lbs.. It has already won a trophy at a Chrysler only car show in the Lake Wyle area for Best Challenger.
